  • 2 oz London Dry Gin
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz honey
  • 1 oz blueberry jam
  • Raspberry Cocktail Caviar
  1. Fill a highball with crushed ice and place blueberry jam on top with a cocktail spoon
  2. Add the gin, lemon juice, and honey and give it a heavy shake
  3. Strain over and through blueberry jam to allow the cocktail and its colors to trickle through the ice
  4. Garnish with Raspberry Cocktail Caviar
